Michele Berg

Vice President, Finance & Administration
Michele Berg came to PNR RailWorks in 2014 as Vice President of Finance & Administration. She is responsible for all finance functions, including cash flow planning, reporting, systems and controls, budgeting and forecasting, as well as risk and insurance management. Michele has more than 25 years of financial management expertise and a demonstrated record of leadership within multifaceted organizations. She most recently served as Vice President of Finance for the LMS Reinforcing Steel Group, a reinforcing steel fabricator and installer in Western Canada. Prior to that she held finance leadership positions with Canada Bread Company Limited, Portola Packaging and with AGRA Foundations Limited. Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, and completed a Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation and a Project Management Program (PMP) from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
